Welcome to Echadi Financial Cooperative. By using our services, including our financial products and the Echadi Dollar (ECD), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Membership in the Echadi Financial Cooperative is limited to individuals who are citizens of the Echadi Nation Republic and who meet the criteria set forth by the cooperative.

2. Services Provided

We provide a range of financial services, including:

• Loans
• Savings programs
• Investments
• Economic education and resources

All services are conducted using the Echadi Dollar (ECD), which is a private, asset-backed currency exclusive to members.

3. Membership Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Abide by all rules, regulations, and policies set by the Echadi Financial Cooperative.
• Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date.
• Notify us promptly of any suspicious or unauthorized transactions.

4. Use of Echadi Dollar (ECD)

The Echadi Dollar (ECD) is a private currency for use exclusively within the cooperative. You may use ECD for transactions within the cooperative network but cannot transfer ECD to non-members or outside of the cooperative's framework.

5. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate any terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Echadi Financial Cooperative is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law under the jurisdiction of the Echadi Nation Republic Tribal Government.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Echadi Nation Republic Tribal Government. Any disputes shall be resolved within the sovereign jurisdiction of the tribe.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
