- Incorrect transactions or charges made through the cooperative’s financial services.
- Errors in account processing that were caused by our system.
2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Provide details regarding the transaction, including the date, amount, and reason for the refund request.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received, we will investigate and determine whether a refund is applicable. Refunds will be issued in Echadi Dollars (ECD) to your cooperative account.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees and charges may be non-refundable, including:
- Administrative fees
- Transaction fees for completed transactions

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
